Timing, portion sizes, dietary subs – it’s all covered.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Please place your order no less than 48 hours prior to when you want to pick up your platter(s).
Is it offered at all locations?
Heck yea, it is!
Do I need to pay in advance?
We require a credit card number to secure the order, but it’s not charged until you pick up your order. Advance payment is not permitted.
Do you deliver?
No, unfortunately we can’t fit those big orders in the back of our brewer’s Ford Fiesta.
How is it packaged?
All items are packaged in to-go containers. Sauces, guacamole, and similar items are packed in plastic containers with lids. Cold platters come on plastic serving trays with lids. Hot items are all served in metal containers that are safe for reheating.
Does it come with silverware?
No. However, if you need disposable silverware please let us know when you place your order and we’ll try to accommodate.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require cancellations to be made 48 hours prior to when your order is scheduled for pickup.
Can I make substitutions for dietary/allergy restrictions?
In some instances, yes. Please share your specific needs when submitting your order request. A Great Dane staff member will reach out to you to determine if it’s possible to fulfill your request.
Do you have any gluten-free options?
Yes. You can substitute gluten-free crackers in our Mediterranean Platter for an additional $20. Gluten-free bread is available on our sandwich platter for an additional $1 per sandwich. Our wings are also gluten-free with certain sauces. Additional platters can be modified to meet gluten-free requirements.
Can I add to-go beer to an order?
Yes, you can add crowlers, growlers and our canned THC seltzers.
Do these orders qualify for rewards points?
Yes, for carryout only.
