If a specialty fall brew doesn’t have pumpkin in it does it even get to be an autumn ale? Our brewers used 80 pounds of pumpkin to deliver a malty ale that’s sure to please as the weather changes. An array of spices add to the fun, softening the pumpkin profile and adding layers of flavor.

Power to the pumpkin.
Spice is alwayas better twice. It’s why we start with a an array of spices, including allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and clove. Our brewers then “dry spice” the beer at the end of fermentation. The result is an aromatic, spicy ale that’s light on the palate with a nice pumpkin flavor.
