Here’s a Cream Ale with a twist—an orange twist! We crafted this light ale by incorporating flaked oats and wheat into a Pilsner malt base, which gives it a soft mouthfeel. At the end of the brewing process, we added Mandarina hops and sweet orange peels, contributing delightful citrus oils and aromas.
