Barrel-aged Stone of Scone
We aged our Scotch Ale for over a year in Limousin Rye barrels from Dancing Goat Distillery. The result is a layered brew with aromas of vanilla, spice and oak – courtesy of the rye barrels. Cask conditioned, it’s lightly carbonated to let the complexity shine through.
