Our brewery in Japan is nearing its grand opening this fall, so we’re rolling out the recipe that will be our flagship brew on the other side of the globe. This one’s a light, dry lager that’s as crisp as it is refreshing.

Light, dry lagers are incredibly popular in Japan, so we’re putting our own twist on it for the opening of our new brewery in Sendai. Pilot Brew No. 9 is a dry copper lager with floral and citrus aromas.
