BERGAMOT ORANGE IN A TASTY SOUR.
A historical style originating from northern Germany, Berliner Weisse was called the “Champagne of the North” by Napoleon due to its crisp, dry, and refreshing attributes. Our brewers used bergamot orange in this version to accentuate its tartness and add a vibrant spicy orange aroma.
