We started with a bright, refreshingly tart base brewed using a top-secret souring technique (our lips are sealed). Crafted with Pilsner malt, wheat, and flaked oats, it’s fermented warm—around 90°F—with a special Kveik yeast strain that brings out bold citrusy notes.

We spun off a fun-sized 100-gallon batch and gave it a sunny splash of natural tangerine. The result? A burst of bright, juicy tangerine in every sip—zippy on the nose, lively on the palate, and finishing crisp, dry, and delightfully tart.
