You can find 6-pack cans of our Crop Circle Wheat, Hopsconsin Red Ale, Hammer Bock, Scotch Ale, and our German Pilsner at your favorite Great Dane location or a retailer near you!
Great Dane’s Scotch Ale is a full-bodied rich and malty beer. The caramel malt is dominant but there is also a hint of chocolate in the finish. Overall hop character is low, allowing its signature malt profile to be the highlight: a perfect fit for a chilling winter’s day.
CROP CIRCLE WHEAT
Sip your way into sunny days with Crop Circle Wheat. This refreshing, unfiltered German-style Hefeweizen is brewed with over 60% wheat malt and imported German yeast and hops. We’re thrilled to have it available in cans for you to enjoy while you dream of the summer ahead. Ask for Crop Circle Wheat at any Great Dane Pub or fine local merchants.
Looking for a delicious pairing? Chef Matt enjoys this authentic, crisp wheat beer with our Webster Street Chicken Salad – the citrusy undertones in the beer are a perfect match for the honey citrus salad dressing. Or, try our Honey Pepper Salmon Club with Crop Circle Wheat for a balanced flavor pairing. Don’t forget to order a pint with our famous Giant Pretzel, served with our house made Crop Circle Wheat cranberry mustard.
CLEAN, CRISP, AND REFRESHING! OUR GOLDEN LAGER IS AN AUTHENTIC GERMAN STYLE PILSNER. BREWED WITH ONLY THE FINEST MALTS AND THE FAMOUS GERMAN HALLERTAU MITTELFRÜH HOP.
The German Pilsner has a little more mouth feel and body than our Landmark Lite, but will appeal to the same group of drinkers. Made with German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops for your quaffing pleasure.
THIS RED ALE IS GREAT DANE’S CELEBRATION OF OUR STATE’S HOP GROWING RENAISSANCE. BREWED WITH ONLY WISCONSIN GROWN HOPS; NUGGET, CHINOOK, AND CASCADE.
The aroma is hop forward but still subtle, this is no bludgeoning hop bomb. Hop profile descriptions run the gamut of American Hop flavors, including spicy, herbal, complex grapefruit/citrus, pine and floral notes.
FYI this beer is brewed with all Wisconsin Hops and Wisconsin Malt. The Malt comes from Chilton Wisconsin and the hops come from the Cottage Grove area.
