Seafood Gumbo: Shrimp, crawfish and andouille sausage in a spicy broth with peppers, onions and rice. Cup- $3.50 Bowl- $5.25

Fried Catfish Po'Boy: A breaded and deep fried catfish fillet, served on crusty French bread with lettuce, tomato, onion and our homemade remoulade.  $9.25

Muffaletta: A New Orleans sandwich of Genoa salami, prosciutto, pit smoked ham, provolone cheese and an olive and roasted red pepper relish. Served on fresh Muffaletta bread.  $9.25

Chicken and Tasso Jambalaya: Blackened chicken thighs slow simmered with tasso ham, andouille sausage and a spicy tomato sauce. Served over rice and with cornbread.  Lunch- $9.00 Dinner- $12.00

Crawfish and Shrimp Boil: Crawfish boiled in Cajun seasoned broth with gulf shrimp, sausage, corn, red potatoes and mushrooms. Served with grain mustard and cornbread.   Lunch- $10.00 Dinner- $14.00
